RETURNS
We are convinced of the quality of our products.
We therefore offer a voluntary right of return of 30 days beyond the statutory warranty.
So if you are not satisfied with your purchase or you want to cancel your order, you can send your product back to us.
Important: Please note that the return costs are to be borne by you and that the image/product should be in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that we exclude the right of withdrawal and the voluntary right of return for personalized products. Since we design and produce these just for you, we cannot and do not want to sell them to other customers.
Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth return shipment:
1. Please pack the items you want to return well protected and ideally use the original shipping carton.
2. If possible, include the original packing slip and note the reason for the return.3. Please remove or cover any address labels on the packaging and stick on the new shipping label.
4. Please send the package insured with proof of postage to the following address:

CANCELLATION
If you find that you want to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before the goods are shipped by emailing us at storno@solokuenstler.com. We will then immediately cancel your order and transfer the money back to you if you have already made a payment. If your order has already been produced and is on its way to you, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.
CLAIM
If there is visible damage to the packaging, please check the contents of the package in the presence of the courier and, if there are any problems, create a damage report and have them sign it. Email us this document and a photo of the damage , making sure to include your order number. If possible, we will send you a new delivery within 10 working days.
Otherwise, the following applies: In the event of a complaint, we will assume the costs for the return shipment, provided that you did not intentionally cause the damage. To clarify the matter, please contact our customer service by email at kundenservice@solokuenstler.com . Please also send us at least 1 picture of the damage.
