Shipping Terms
As a solo artist, we aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to customers all over the world and are responsive and customer-oriented.
In Germany we ship free of charge!
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
The time span for deliveries consists of two periods
together:
1) The processing time (1-2 business days):
We need this time for your order confirmation, possible adjustments, a final quality check, among other things.
We will check and approve your order within 12-24 hours after your order. As soon as the order has been released in our system, our production partner will be commissioned to do it.
Important: After that, no more changes are possible.
For products with personalized processing, it takes about 1-2 days before we present you with the first results and go into post-processing with you.
After you have decided on your design, we need another 1-2 days to produce your product, ensure the quality and pack it.
2) Delivery time (depending on the country of destination, the delivery time can be about 3-10 working days) :
All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day, there may be delays over which we have no control.
Please note that once your order has been confirmed by us, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, as the processing and production of your order begins immediately after it has been received.
